How much for shipping in Australia?
Free standard shipping applies for all orders over $75. A flat rate of $8 (express shipping) applies for all orders under $75. Alternatively if you require your item ASAP please select ‘Flat Rate Express Delivery’ at checkout for express post.
How much for international shipping?
A flat rate of $25 applies for international shipping* . Please allow 5 – 10 business days for international delivery plus up to 10 business days for your item to clear customs. We accept no responsibility for custom fee’s that may apply for each individual country.
*New Zealand excluded. A flat rate of $10 registered shipping applies for all of our lovely New Zealand clients. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to any P.O. box using Australia Post services.
What currency will I be charged?
All orders are processed in Australian Dollars ($)
When will my parcel be shipped?
All orders placed before 10am on weekdays will be processed and shipped same business day. Orders placed after 10am on weekdays will be processed and shipped next business day. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. If you are in urgent need of an order please email us so we can get your order out ASAP.

How long before I receive my parcel?
We use free standard shipping for all orders over $75. Most parcels will arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. For more remote locations, shipping may take 3-10 business days. If you require your item overnight, please select ‘Flat Rate Express Delivery’ at checkout for a fee of $8.

We use trusted and reliable couriersAustralia Post for all domestic & international shipping.
Can I return and item for a full refund?
Yes, for all FULL PRICED items within 7 days of receipted delivery date. We understand that “not every shoe fits right” , and sometimes an item may need to be returned. Please see our “Returns Policy & Customer Service” page for more detailed information on refunds and returns. PLEASE NOTE: we are unable to give refunds on swimwear/jewellery/sale & promotional sale items, and any other products outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
